This handmade cardigan is a wearable work of art. It is truly a one-of-a-kind piece with elevated styling notes and a sophisticated palette. The shawl collar can be worn relaxed around the neck to reveal a hint of collarbone or unfurled to cover the entire nape and chest to ward off chilly breezes. The versatile style is perfect for pairing with your favorite jeans and curling up with a good book... or looking fantastic at the farmer's market. Alternatively, you can partner it with a favorite skirt or fancy trouser for a night on the town. I'm picturing hair up and a sparkly pair of earrings....
Even the belt is a piece of art. Each side of the belt is embroidered, allowing the wearer to decide which of the eye-catching motifs should face outward.
As with all of my handmade pieces, this cardigan is made with yarn that has been dyed by hand. Each skein is itself a work of art. The refined palette was made possible by the creativity and skill of dyers from around the world. I meticulously curated the colors before beginning my work, taking care to choose hues that would enhance the silhouette and details of the finished piece. There is a myriad of delicate pinks, muted plums and pale peaches. These are partnered with an array of variegated taupes and browns. "Cottage White" ties everything together as the primary color. The result is a timeless palette that will draw and delight the eye today, tomorrow and for years to come.

Comments on Fit: Though the cardigan's overall effect is that of sophistication, it has an easy effortlessness to it. As a result, it can be worn beautifully by a wide range of bodies. I believe the sweater will look lovely on busts ranging from 36-46", B-DD cups. Obviously, the smaller the frame, the more the sweater will overlap in the front. Larger busts will fill in the shawl collared chest marvelously. The sweater is intended to cover the derriere, but those shorter than ~5'4" may find the length overwhelming.
Materials: There are over 20 different color ways in this cardigan. A blend of wool and nylon comprises most of the cardigan. Several of the skeins also included cashmere and/or silk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
