At first glance, it would be easy to write this one up as "your basic black scarf". However, upon further inspection, you would realize it is anything but basic. This oversized scarf was knit with yarn hand-dyed in the UK by a company aptly named The Uncommon Thread. I love working with yarn hand dyed by Ce because she is choosy about her materials and has an impeccable eye for color. Because of the beautiful blend of alpaca, silk and cashmere the makes up the yarn used in this piece, the underlying deep charcoal has a halo of shimmery silver. And the texture! Oh, the texture is buttery soft and feathery light. And yet... somehow impossibly warm. The result is a timeless classic that will look perfect with everything from a jean jacket to a tuxedo.

This scarf was knit with fingering weight yarn made of a blend of alpaca, silk and cashmere. (70% Camelid - Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Goat - Cashmere goat)

Care:
Carefully hand wash and rinse in cold water using a wool wash. Do not mix with other garments. Do not agitate excessively or expose to temperature extremes, or the wool could felt. Gently press (not wring!) out excess water with a towel and dry flat in the original shape. Do not hang to dry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
